WHAT DO I NEED?
- Please arrive 10 minutes early. A full warm up will ensure you reduce any possibility of injury
- Capoeira is thirsty work so bring a bottle of water with you. It is important to keep hydrated
- Please tell your instructor at the beginning of the class if you have any injuries or ailments
- For hygiene reasons, ensure your finger and toe nails are cut
- For the respect of others please ensure you come to class clean and wearing a clean uniform
- Those not wearing a uniform will not be allowed to play in the Roda
- For your safety, new students are expected to apply for membership after a month of training
